Site work for a mixed-use development in Plainsboro, New Jersey. Completed plans call for site work for a educational facility; and water / sewer project.

The project consists of all Site Work including indicated sanitary sewer trenching, piping, doghouse sanitary manhole, concrete sidewalk replacement, site restoration and all associated work. All attendees must be mindful of any public health emergency policies and protocols pursuant to the School District. Contractors assume all risks associated with their presence on District premise. Construction workers shall follow recommended precautions to protect themselves and other workers, staff, students, etc. at the project site(s). Single Overall Contract (C008 or C009 or C054 or C058) Bid Proposal must be accompanied by a Certified Check, Cashier's Check or Bid Bond. Each proposal shall beaccompanied by a Consent of Surety from a Surety Company stating it will provide each bidder withseparatePerformance and Payment Bonds, each in the amount of 100% of the contract sum. If the bid exceeds $20,000.00, bidder must be pre-qualified by the New Jersey Division of Property Managementand Construction (DPMC), prior to date bids are received. Each proposal shall be accompanied by a Consent of Surety stating it will provide each bidder with separate Performance and Payment Bonds, each in the amount of 100% of the contract sum per N.J.S.A. 18A:18A-25. Bidding shall be in conformance with the applicable requirements of N.J.S.A. 18A:18A-1 et seq. the "PublicSchool Contracts Law." The right is reserved to reject all bids or to waive minor informalities in the bidding if it is in the interest of the Owner to do so.
