PUBLIC WORKS PROJECT This project is a Public Works Project and will be subject to the Prevailing Wage Act. Please see "General Instructions to Bidders" for details. In addition to the Prevailing Wage Act requirements, Peoria County requires any General, or Sub-Contractor for contracts of $5,000 or greater, to participate in an Apprenticeship Training Program and to submit a "Certificate of Apprenticeship and Training" with bid response. General Contractors will be required to submit the names of any/all subcontractors to be used on this project. General Requirements - Certified Payroll - Insurance Required - Prevailing Wage Required Bonding Requirements - Performance Bond 100 %
