All prices provided on the Detailed Bid Form shall be for crushed aggregate stone, picked up by the City of Harrisonburg at the vendor's specified location. On the Detailed Bid Form (Attachment J), Bidder is asked to list address of "Primary Location," where a majority of the vendor's product is located. All materials shall meet the most current edition of the Virginia Department of Transportation (VDOT) road and bridge specifications. All crushed aggregate will be purchased from the source supplying the stone that meets our requirements for clean, well-graded material. The City reserves the right to bid out any project or purchase in excess of 1,000 tons. The City of Harrisonburg reserves the right to add or remove products from contract as needed. Note: The bid quantities listed on the Detailed Bid Form are estimates only and not a guarantee of quantities purchased.
