Please add disclaimer on all projects. Per FKA Architects documents must be purchased in order to be an official bidder. This project consists of site work at Ridgewood Orchard School. The scope of work generally consists of the installation of a sidewalk and repair of existing, exterior stair and addition of a new, exterior stair. Each bid must be accompanied by a certified check made payable to Ridgewood Board of Education or a bid bond in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the bid, but not in excess of $20,000.00. Failure to comply with Instructions to Bidders and to complete and submit all required forms, may be cause for disqualification and rejection of the bid. The Board of Education reserves the right to reject any or all bids. The Ridgewood Board of Education reserves the right to reject any or all bids and waive any informality in the bidding process in accordance with the law if it is in the best interest of the Board of Education. Any questions which a bidder may have shall be brought to the attention of the Architect via email only at kdougherty@fkarch.com.
