The Project is generally described as replacement of existing roof top exhaust fan motors with new premium efficiency inverter-duty type, as well as adding variable frequency drives. Electrical connections will be revised to accommodate the upgrade. Prime bidders who arrive more than 5 minutes after start of time of the meeting (as stated in the Solicitation Document and by the Owner's Representative's watch) or after the discussion portion of the meeting (whichever comes first) shall not be permitted to sign in and will not be permitted to submit a bid on the Project.
