Renovation of a mixed-use development in Ridgewood, New Jersey. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
Please add disclaimer on all projects. Per FKA Architects documents must be purchased in order to be an official bidder. This consists of the removal of existing EPDM roof system and insulation down to the structural deck and replacement with new insulation, coverboard and built-up roof membrane, approximately 16,000 sf. And all associated work as shown on the drawings and as specified. A copy of the bid instructions, bid forms and specifications Plans may NOT be picked up in person. Bids are to be marked in a sealed envelope and delivered to Kathryn Davenport, Interim Business Administrator, with the name of the project, "Ridgewood High School Science Wing Roof Replacement Project" plainly marked on the front of the envelope. The bid opening process will commence at the advertised date and time located at the Ridgewood Board of Education District Board Offices, located within 49 Cottage Place, Ridgewood, New Jersey 07450. Each bid must be accompanied by a certified check made payable to Ridgewood Board of Education or a bid bond in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the bid, but not in excess of $20,000.00. The Ridgewood Board of Education reserves the right to reject any or all bids and waive any informality in the bidding process in accordance with the law if it is in the best interest of the Board of Education
