The Municipalities consisting of: Township of South Frontenac, Township of Central Frontenac and Township of North Frontenac hereafter referred to as the “Corporation” are seeking proposals from qualified engineering firms to perform detailed inspections for bridge and large culvert assets (greater than 3m span). Requirements of this request for proposal are furthermore being carried to meet the legislated requirements of Ontario Regulation 160/02 – Public Transportation and Highway Improvement Act. The services provided will be subject to review and acceptance by the Proposal Administrator from each municipality or his/ her designate. All inquiries regarding this Request for Proposal (RFP) are to be directed to the municipal Project Manager specified herein. Inquiries must be received by email no later than noon on 5/29/2023. All inquiries received, and the answers as provided by the Project Manager will be provided to all proponents by way of written addendum, no later 5/31/2023, without naming the source of the inquiry. The proposed period of the agreement will therefore commence on the date of the award and will extend to December 31 st , 2026. Option year 1 and option year 2 shall be individually awarded upon the successful negotiation of a mutually accepted price.
