Reference Number - 0000320477 This project consists of structural maintenance and waterproofing repairs to existing Parking Garage Structure to repair structural deterioration and mitigate moisture infiltration of the structure. The project is to be completed within sixty (60) calendar days from the date of the Notice to Proceed A Bid Guaranty in the amount of five percent (5%) of the total Bid must accompany each Bid in accordance An original Bid Guaranty with accompanying Power of Attorney must be provided to the City of Lakewood Finance Operations Division, 480 S. Allison Pkwy., Lakewood, CO 80226, within forty-eight (48) hours of the date of the City’s Notice of Intent to Award. Bid Guaranty must be received prior to any Bid award. The City may hold Bids for a period not to exceed sixty (60) days from the date of the opening of the Bids for the purpose of reviewing the Bids and investigating the qualifications of Bidders prior to awarding a Contract The City does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, national origin, sex, religion, or disability in the provision of services.
