The color deck to be determined on the first day of work. Ensure all staples have been removed from the floor before the sanding process begins. The POC is to pick three (3) colors out of the deck and the company will apply samples directly to the floor. Afterward, samples will be sanded clean, sand floor with 40-grit, sand floor with 60-grit. Trowel filler over all nail holes and imperfections. Buff out the perimeters, remove corners, trip floors 80-grit and 100-grit. The floor will be sealed with Bona Traffic HD (Water Based).
