This deposit shall be retained if the successful bidder fails to execute the contract within ten days after award or fails to give satisfactory surety as required herein A separate Performance Bond and Payment Bond each in an amount equal to one hundred per cent (100%) of the contract price will be required, using the enclosed forms. The City reserves the right to waive any informality or to reject any or all bids or to award such contract as in its judgment is deemed to the best interest of the City The cutoff for questions shall be 5pm on June 9, 2023 Please submit questions to mlamping@burlingtonnc.gov.
