As of August 23, 2024, an RFP for construction should be advertised in early 2025 with construction beginning in March. Previous solicitation provided below: Provide a proposed schedule for the phases of this project beginning with the review of the existing feasibility and programming studies and budget estimates and concluding with construction final completion. The A/E firm must work with all stakeholders involved and MCP through the completion of this project. The project scope and services shall include, but are not necessarily limited. Architectural design services. Preparation of construction specifications, CAD drawings, and other formal bidding documents for the project to be sent to construction firms and formally bid per North Carolina statutes. Question Deadline 07/07/2023 at 5:00 PM ET The method of contractor has not determined at this time.
