Renovation of an educational facility in Littleton, Colorado. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
Reference Number 0000320514 The project will consist of demolishing the existing rigging system and providing a new dead hung rigging system to support stage battens, electrics, and draperies. Please provide an add alternate for replacing the existing draperies as well. Questions shall not be sent or copied to any other individuals. Written questions received by 2:00 PM on Tuesday, May 30, 2023, will be responded to and responses will be distributed to all participating Bidders on Friday, June 2, 2023, by 5:00 PM. The successful Bidder will be required, as a condition to granting a contract award, to furnish the District both Performance and Labor and Material Payment Bonds or other acceptable security on all bids in excess of $50,000. Such bonds shall be in the amount of one hundred percent (100%). The District reserves the right to reject any bid.
