Site work for a mixed-use development in Millersville, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot.

Anticipated Work Sequence: 1. Demolish for salvage existing flagstone as noted on the Project Drawing. Transport and place salvaged flagstone in location onsite as directed by the University. 2. Perform modifications to existing Gazebo as shown on the Drawings. 3. Layout, excavate and prep for walkway installation from connection to existing walkway to Expansion joint by donor recognition pavers. 4. Cast sidewalk (Including expansion and trowelled joints as shown) from connection to existing walkway to Expansion joint by donor recognition pavers. 5. Return of adjacent disturbed areas to preconstruction conditions (reseeding/etc) after casting of the sidewalk. 6. Provide and maintain protection of the construction area utilizing temporary fencing and barriers. 7. Provide temporary sanitary facilities. After Pavers are received on campus. 8. Confirm receipt of quantity and inscription accuracy in conjunction with the University. 9. Layout, excavate and prep for walkway installation at the donor recognition pavers area. 10. Cast sidewalk at the donor recognition pavers area. 11. Disposal of all excavation spoils either offsite or in designated on-site area. 12. Removal of all debris from Construction area and disposal of the same. 13. Install pavers as shown on Drawings. Schedule Project: All work shall be complete by August 11, 2023, assuming a delivery date for the pavers is on or before July 10, 2023. 1. Masonry Pavers- Donor Recognitions will be procured by Millersville and delivered to campus. Contractor and University shall confirm quantity on masonry pavers prior to installation. 2. Delivery of the inscribed masonry pavers is anticipated for early July, 2023.
