DESCRIPTION The work includes all material, labor, and equipment necessary to furnish, install and/or replace approximately 2,800 of sanitary sewer with new 8-inch and 12-inch PVC, new manholes; replace existing service laterals, filling and abandonment of existing manholes; new and replacement of storm sewer and inlets, lining of approximately 200 feet of 30-inch storm sewer, replacement of existing water services; tree removal, and lawn restoration as shown on the drawings and specified. The project is located in the Borough of Millersville, Lancaster County. All questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents are to be submitted to the Engineer through PennBid(TM) by clicking on the "Questions" tab. Interpretations or clarifications considered necessary by Engineer in response to such questions will be issued by Addenda and posted on PennBid(TM) and emailed to all registered bidders. Questions received less than ten days prior to the date for opening of Bids may not be answered. Only questions answered by Addenda will be binding. Oral and other interpretations or clarifications will be without legal effect clarification are due Friday, October 20, 2023 12:00:00 PM [(UTC-05:00) Eastern Time (US & Canada)].
