Review of development site plans submitted by property owners and land developers for compliance with federal, state, and local laws and requirements; ii. Design of Town utility projects for stormwater, water distribution, water storage, water treatment, sewer collection, and recycling; iii. Design of Town transportation projects such as streets, sidewalks, bicycle paths, and traffic signals; iv. Design of Town environmental projects such as stream restorations, retention ponds, and landscape architecture; The Town of Bridgewater, Virginia (the Town) is seeking proposals from qualified engineering firms for designation as Town Engineer, under an on-call agreement. Proposals should be responsive to—and compliant with—the terms of this Request for Proposals (this RFP).
