Brief description of project - Renovations of Powell Park includes new playground equipment, picnic tables and benches, upgrades to the concrete picnic tables, gazeboe upgrades (lighting/painting) and fall protection surfaces. Bids must be accompanied by a Bid Bond, Cashiers Check, or Certified Check made payable, without condition, to the North Hills Council of Governments in an amount no less than 10% of the bid.
