Description

Renovation of a mixed-use development in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for the renovation of a clubhouse / community center; and swimming pool.

On behalf of Ingomar North Swimming & Recreation Club, please be advised that a Request for Bid for the Site and Electrical Improvements Contract, funded in part by Allegheny County's GEDTF Program, will be advertised in the Pittsburgh Post-Gazette on May 25, 2023. Your office has expressed a desire to receive such notifications. The scope of work is as follows: Removal of existing chain link fencing and replacement with new chain link fencing Installation offence gates. Removal of existing life guard chair and replacement with new life guard chair Electrical bonding of pool equipment. We respectfully request that your office forward notification of the availability of this project to qualified business concerns. All questions about the meaning or intent of the Contract Documents shall be submitted to ENGINEER in writing.
