Site work and new construction of a mixed-use development in Santa Barbara, California. Completed plans call civil work for a playground / park / athletic field and swimming pool.
The project consists of the new construction of an approximately 2,854 SF, single-story, Aquatics Center with Pool including an aquatics locker room, offices with accessory storage, and an approximately 3,089 SF therapy pool, pool deck, exterior storage, shower area, enclosure, CMU walls with plaster finish, and a retractable shade system. Work includes grading to accommodate the new work, TPO roof on metal deck over a steel roof structure, solar panels on the roof, site utilities, parking, and landscape revisions related to the addition of the single-story building. Project is not an OSHPD project. Non-prevailing wage project. Project duration anticipated to be 14 months.
