Documents can be obtained at https://southhuron.bidsandtenders.ca/ Question Deadline:06/09/2023 at 3:00 PM ET The Municipality of South Huron is seeking tenders for the replacement of four (4) natural gas HVAC Carrier Rooftop units and control systems (as required) and the natural gas furnace in the Council Champers located at the Olde Town Hall located at 322 Main Street South, Exeter ON. Bidders are invited to prepare a HVAC replacement package inclusive of removals, modifications, installation and commissioning. The tender submission package is to contain, at a minimum, the following information: Replacement unit selection and technical description of the units Description of decommissioning plan for old units A description of the plans for the control of the new systems Summary of the manufacturers warranty information and installers labour warranty (no less than 1 year from Owners acceptance) Award subject to final approval
