The Government Will Not Pay, Nor Reimburse Any Costs Associated With Responding to This Request. The Government is Under No Obligation to Award a Contract as a Result of This Announcement. This is a Pre-Solicitation Notice for project number 548-23-404 that requires Architect and/or Engineering (A&E) Design Services to Improve Restroom Access at the West Palm Beach Veterans Administration Health Care System (VAHCS), 7305 N. Military Trail, West Palm Beach, FL 33410. This project is 100% Set-Aside for Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business Concerns (SDVOSB). The NAICS code for this procurement is 541330 "Engineering Services" and the annual small business size standard is $25.5M. This project requires a full design team to complete this project. The projected award date for the anticipated A&E contract is on or before July 30, 2023. All information needed to submit SF330 documents is contained herein. The magnitude for construction (not design) of this project is between $100,000 and $250,000 - FAR 36.204 (C).
