Total awarded amount: $107,782.69 The USDA Forest Service, Coconino National Forest, Mogollon Rim and Williams Ranger Districts, Flagstaff Arizona, is seeking a project for the demolition and disposal of four (4) buildings, asbestos containing materials (ACM) abatement, and lead based paint (LBP) testing.
Option #1 work consist of soil sampling and testing for total lead if they test positive for LBP.
Option #2 work consists of LBP abatement if they test positive for LBP. This project will consist of demolition and disposal of 3 buildings on Mogollon Rim Ranger District and one shed at the Kaibab SO building. Davis Bacon wages apply. The government anticipates awarding a firm-fixed price contract using Best Value Tradeoff evaluation method. This is a Total Small Business Set-Aside. The magnitude of this project is between $100,000 and $250,000. All work shall be in accordance with the statement of work contained herein. No changes to the specifications, terms, or conditions of this Request for Quotations (RFQ) shall be made without the prior approval of the Contracting Officer in writing. The contractor is responsible for complying with all applicable regulations and obtaining all permits for this work. 2. Type of Award. As a result of this solicitation, the Government anticipates awarding a Firm FixedPrice Construction Contract using Request For Quote (RFQ) format. NAICS code 238910 - Site Preparation Contractors is assigned to this solicitation under Small Business Set-Aside ($16.5 million). PSC code Z2JZ. In order to be eligible for award of a Federal contract, potential vendors, at time of award, need to have an active registration in the System for Award Management (SAM)
