Granular levelling course required for the inside of the Twin CSP Culvert shall be Granular "B". Granular material shall meet OPSS.MUNI 1010 gradation requirements for Granular "B" Type III. Materials shall be obtained from a licensed pit or quarry approved beforehand by the Contract Administrator. Removal of Existing Concrete Culvert Structure, Construction of Twin CSP Pipe Culvert, Steel Sheet Headwall, Earth Excavation, Granular Base, Guiderail, Site Restoration and all other work necessary for a complete job in accordance with the details set out more specifically hereafter and as shown on the accompanying Contract Plans Award subject to final approval.
