Renovation of a water / sewer project in West Grey, Ontario. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project.
The owner intends to repaint the interior and exterior surfaces of water tower. While the interior of tank must be completely replaced, the owner intends to test the exterior paint and reuse, if possible. In the event of existing exterior paint requiring removal and repainting, the owner, in consultation with engineer, owners paint inspection firm GL Stone and contractor, may choose to either delay the project to early 2024 spring completion, or allow the completion date to be extended beyond November 30, 2023
