Reference Number : 1724165 Deadline for receipt of complaints: 2023-05-29 Submission sent electronically accepted: Yes, in a single submission document The City is requesting bids for the cleaning of sanitary and/or storm sewers installed under street rights-of-way; for cleaning cesspools installed in the streets; for the inspection and cleaning of TREATMENT UNITS and settling ponds, on its territory. The successful bidder agrees to provide the labor, equipment, tools and materials necessary and appropriate to carry out the pressure cleaning of sewer collectors as well as the cleaning and emptying of cesspools. Thereafter, he must dispose of the waste in an appropriate site approved by the Quebec Ministry of the Environment. The works consist of: Partially clean the sewer collectors of the City's sanitary and/or rainwater network. The contractor must perform the cleaning of pipes of various sizes and remove all accumulated debris using appropriate equipment; Clean all the catch basins installed in the streets of the City and/or municipal or other parking lots and which constitute the storm sewer network using the appropriate and necessary equipment and tools; Cleaning the spillways; Clean and empty the settling area of the waste snow disposal site ; Carry out the inspection and maintenance of the PROCESSING UNITS. To do this, the contractor must carry out the cleaning using appropriate and necessary equipment and tools. All the work may be spread out over the course of the year, from July 1 , 2023 to June 30, 2024.
