Renovation of a civil project in Richmond, Texas. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project.
The work consists of providing the necessary labor, materials, equipment, and supervision to construct Lift Station Nos. 1 and 2 Improvements for Fort Bend County Municipal Utility District No. 48 including but not limited to mobilization, bonds and insurance, and all else as stated below. The project is located in Fort Bend County Municipal Utility District No. 48. Lift Station No. 1 is located at 3215 1/2 Sparta Drive, Missouri City, Texas 77459. Lift Station No. 2 is located at 4310 Trammel Fresno Road, Fresno, Texas 77545. Lift Station No. 1 The work includes but is not limited to the blasting and recoating the wet well walls and underside of top slab; the application of one-inch (1") of concrete repair mortar to damaged areas of the wet well walls and underside of top slab; demolition and replacement of all above ground piping and valves, including protective coatings; demolition and replacement of all wet well piping, fittings, and supports, including protective coatings; demolition and replacement of all pump guide rails and support brackets; demolition of the existing wet well vent and replacement with a stainless steel wet well vent; demolition of the existing wet well safety netting and replacement with a rigid safety grate; bypass pumping; demolition and replacement of the CSBE seals and application of duct seal to the conduit entries at both pump terminal boxes; demolition and replacement of the backplate, mounting screw, and grounding wire connection at Pump No. 2 terminal box; installation of a breather drain at the Pump No. 2 terminal box; demolition and replacement of the circuit breaker lugs; site restoration; and all else as shown on the construction drawings and detailed in the specifications for a fully functioning lift station. Supplemental Item No. 1 includes the installation of a permanent bypass connection, complete with protective coatings, as shown on the construction drawings and detailed in the specifications for a fully functioning lift station. Lift Station No. 2 The work includes but is not limited to the demolition of the existing wet well safety netting and replacement with a rigid safety grate; demolition of the existing cable holder assembly and installation of two (2) cable holder assemblies; the demolition and replacement of two (2) stainless steel guide rail support brackets; blasting and recoating above ground piping, valves and bollards; bypass pumping; demolition and replacement of the backplate, CSBE seal, and application of duct seal at Pump No. 1 terminal box; demolition and replacement of the CSBE seal and application of duct seal at Pump No. 2 terminal box; demolition and replacement of the EYS seal, CSBE seal, backplate, transducer instrumentation cable, and application of duct seal to at the Instrumentation terminal box; demolition and replacement of the surge protection device; cleaning all terminal boxes and electrical equipment; site restoration; and all else as shown on the construction drawings and detailed in the specifications for a fully functioning lift station. Supplemental Item No. 2 includes the installation of a permanent bypass connection, complete with protective coatings, as shown on the construction drawings and detailed in the specifications for a fully functioning lift station.
