Renovation of a water / sewer project in Richmond, Texas. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project.
Demolition and replacement of two (2) MCCs and Removal of existing diesel generator and replacement with natural gas generator. Question Deadline 06/20/2023 at 10:30 AM CT Submit all questions via online A MANDATORY pre-bid conference among Owner, Engineer, prospective bidders, and others will be held to discuss the scope of the Work and to answer questions concerning the Work. The Contractor hereby agrees to begin work within ten (10) calendar days after written Notice to Proceed has been given by District Engineer. Contractor hereby also agrees to achieve Substantial Completion of the Work within four hundred fifty (450) calendar days after the date of the written Notice to Proceed and to achieve Final Completion of the Work within four hundred eighty (480) calendar days after the date of the written Notice to Proceed. This project consists of demolition and replacement of two (2) MCCs, including temporary power for critical items identified in the construction documents. Plant must remain in service. Project also includes removal of existing diesel generator and replacement with natural gas generator. Project site is located in City of Richmond ETJ, Fort Bend County, Texas
