Site work for a water / sewer project in Richmond, Texas. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
Expansion of the South Wastewater Treatment Plant to 2.05 MGD capacity. In general, the scope of work shall include the following: The deadline to ask questions is 7/07/2023 2:00 PM CST Modifications to the Headworks Facility: Demolish and remove the existing onsite screen and associated piping Modify the structure to accommodate a new Screen channel with a mechanical fine screen Install a new slide gate to isolate the new screen channel Install a new stacked Screw Conveyor System to convey the screenings to dumpster Install a new 64' diameter clarifier, piping and related equipment Replace the existing sodium hypochlorite delivery system with a new system consisting of a metering pump skid, storage tanks and associated piping Install a new sodium bisulfite delivery system consisting of metering pump skid, FRP enclosure for the pump skid, storage tank and associated piping Above-ground and below-ground pipe tie-ins for proposed improvements Associated site civil and electrical improvements Site Restoration, including restoring land surface and grass to as good or better condition than existed prior to work. Clean-Up project site and hydro-mulch seed all areas disturbed as a result of construction.
