The City of High Springs, Florida is requesting proposals from qualified Design and Build Teams to provide the design, engineering, and construction of a sign for the Santa Fe Canoe Outpost. Proposals shall not be presented at any other location. Proposals presented after the time and date indicated above shall be refused. The time indicated on the date stamp located in City Hall is considered the official time. SEALED ENVELOPES MUST BE MARKED: "SANTA FE CANOE OUTPOST SIGN" Any questions concerning this request shall be addressed to the Public Works Department, City of High Springs, (386) 454-2134. Bids must be submitted in full accordance with the requirements of the specifications and shall include proof of worker s compensation and proof of insurance.
