Site work and paving for a road / highway in High Springs, Florida. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.
Scope of Work: Remove all asphalt within the white lined areas. (The roads will be white lined for you to review), Mill Asphalt 1 1/2 (City wants the millings), Place 2 compacted asphalt in removed areas. Contractor is responsible for M.O.T., Erosion Control, and Striping Any questions concerning this request shall be addressed to the Public Works Department, City of High Springs, (386) 454-2134. The City of High Springs, Florida invites qualified companies in Florida to submit proposals to perform road/street replacement as defined in the Scope of Services for four (4) locations throughout the city. The City of High Springs, Florida is requesting Proposals/Bids from a qualified contractor for the repaving of the below City Streets/Roads (please also see provided maps): NW 176th Avenue NW 240th Street NW 238th Street NW 187th Road All work will be scheduled with the Public Works Director. No Permit will be needed, these are City owned roads. Please contact Public Works for any questions, to visit sites, or specific details on the project at 386- 454-2134. City Hall's Office Hours are Monday-Thursday 7:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Bids must be submitted in full accordance with the requirements of the specifications and shall include proof of worker's compensation and proof of insurance.
