Renovation of a mixed-use development in High Springs, Florida. Completed plans call for the renovation of a fire / police facility; and medical facility.
The City of High Springs seeks Request for Proposals from State of Florida licensed and insured HVAC contractors for the replacement of one existing HVAC split system, associated ductwork, and controls to improve building humidity control and ventilation, including incidental electrical power, roofing, and general trades scopes of work. Contractors with experience working in critical facilities such as Fire/EMS stations, police stations, emergency operations centers, and/or hospitals are preferred. A site visit prior to bid submittal is encouraged. Questions regarding this RFP should be directed to cityclerk@highsprings.gov. The City reserves the right to reject any or all submissions with or without cause to waive any or all irregularities with regard to the specification and to select the Respondent offering the greatest benefit to the City. Questions, clarification, or further information regarding the RFP may be obtained at the City Clerks Office. The City reserves the right to delay or modify the above dates and timeline as needed.
