The Southwest Ohio Regional Transit Authority (SORTA) is seeking a highly qualified contractor to provide Bus Stop Maintenance services at approximately 4,000 bus stops in SORTA’s service area, including Hamilton County and parts of surrounding areas (Warren, Butler, and Clermont counties) for a contract term of three (3) base years and two (2), one (1) year options. The successful contractor shall be responsible for maintaining all bus stops, to include collecting and disposal of trash, installation of new bus stop signs, and installation and removal of poles consistent with Local, State, and Federal Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), and SORTA’s guidelines. SORTA’s transit centers (Government Square, Northside, Glenway and Oakley) are not included in the trash removal and maintenance, pressure washing, or vegetation trimming responsibilities of this scope of work.
