Site work for a water / sewer project in Globe, Arizona. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
Contractors are invited to be present at the opening of bids, but absence will not be considered cause for disqualification. Contractors shall be responsible for any licenses or permits required by the regulatory agency of the State of Arizona that apply to the performance of this contract. The City of Globe reserves the right to reject any or all bids, or to accept any bids, or to waive any informality in any bid, or to withhold the award if deemed in the best interest of the City of Globe. Bidder agrees to commence work within 10 days of the date of the Notice to Proceed from the Owner and final completion within Forty-five (45) calendar days after Notice to Proceed. Bidder also agrees to pay liquidated damages, the sum of $500.00 for each consecutive calendar day thereafter. All questions related to the Invitation for Bid shall be directed in writing via e-mail to bids@globeaz.gov by Friday, June 23, 2023, 4:00 P.M. (AZ Time). Any correspondence related to the Invitation for Bid should refer to the appropriate Request for Bid ID, page, and paragraph number. All questions will be answered no later than June 28, 2023, through an Addendum.
