Site work and new construction of a municipal facility in Costa Mesa, California. Conceptual plans call for the construction of a 15,000-square-foot municipal facility; and for site work for a municipal facility.
The California Construction Authority (CCA), which provides construction consulting, design development, construction development, and project management services to the statewide Network of California Fairgrounds (the majority of which are public entities), is seeking qualified consultant/firms to provide Architectural, Engineering, and Environmental Consulting services for the 32nd District Agricultural Association, OC Fair & Event Center. CCA intends to build a new building in an open area of the Fair Property to provide additional administrative space. The size is estimated at approximately 15,000 square feet. The site of the proposed project is at the 32nd District Agricultural Association, OC Fair & Event Center, 88 Fair Drive, Costa Mesa, CA 92626. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time. As of May 23, 2023, the due date and time has been confirmed with the owner.
