Close Date & Time 6/21/2023 01:00:00 PM (CT) The Iowa DOT is seeking competitive bids from qualified contractors to reconstruct a wall following drawings and specifications at the Fort Garage. The work to be done during regular working hours and days M - F 7:00 to 3:30 coordinating with the site supervisor on day-to-day operations. Ensure site is secure daily during construction. Warranty: One year warranty after substantial completion of work for labor and materials. Project period: To begin on July 1, 2023 and end by September 30, 2023. This includes punch list items and final inspection and acceptance by the Iowa DOT. The Iowa DOT is tax exempt. Please do not include tax with your bid submission.
