The 5-storey midrise development contains 40 residential units with on-site supportive services, staffing, and program spaces in the form of a Native Friendship Centre. Project Stats: Building Classification: Community Assembly (Native Friendship Centre) and Residential (Supportive Housing) Building Height: 5-storeys - 17.2 m (56' - 4") Overall Gross Floor Area (GFA): 4,285.9 m2 (46,128 SF) - Native Friendship Centre GFA: 602.9 m2 (6,490 SF) - 40 Unit Supportive Housing GFA: 3,683 m2 (39,638 SF) Requested Information Required to be Submitted by Proponents Seeking Prequalification: 1. Proponents shall exhibit previous work experience on Indigenous projects. 2. Proponents shall present previous work experience on midrise supportive housing developments of similar scale and nature. 3. Proponents shall present a minimum of three previous projects that have been completed of similar construction value, over 8 million dollars.
