Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Latah, Washington. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.
Improvement of Wheeler Road - 0.9 miles N of Ham Road (M.P. 3.46) to Painter Road (M.P. 4.92) in Sections 11, 14, 15 in Township 21 N, Range 45 E.W.M. by constructing HMA pulverizing and paving, pavement markings, project temporary traffic control, guardrail and other work, all in accordance with the attached Contract Plans, these Contract Provisions, and the Standard Specifications. No bid may be considered for public work unless it is accompanied by a bid deposit in the form of a surety bond, postal money order, case, cashier's check or certified check in an amount equal to five percent (5%) of the amount of the bid proposed. The successful bid der will be required to file a performance bond in the full amount of the contract price which bond shall be furnished by a Surety Company acceptable to the Board of County Commissioners. The Board of County Commissioners reserves the right to reject any or all bid s or any part of a single bid and to waive all informalities in the bidding.
