**As of July 10, 2023, project was awarded to Oceanside Construction, Inc, awarded amount is $297,794.56.** The work to be performed under this Contract consists of furnishing all tools, equipment, materials, supplies, and manufactured articles; furnishing all labor, transportation, and services, including fuel, power, water, and essential communications; and performing all work or other operations required for the fulfillment of the Contract, in strict accordance with the Contract Documents. Provide all work, materials, and services not expressly indicated in the Contract Documents that may be necessary for the complete and proper construction of the work and administration of the Contract. The Jennings Nature Park - Pump Track includes the construction of a fully functional asphalt topped pump track. Work required includes, but is not limited to, clearing and grubbing, installation of temporary erosion and sedimentation controls, installation of temporary security fencing, installation of permanent drainage features, import and compaction of fill to construct the pump track, import and compaction of hot mix asphalt to top the pump track, and restoration of areas disturbed or impacted by the construction activities. All work must be completed in accordance with the Contract Documents and the Contractor must comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations and shall be completed no later than 40 working days from Notice to Proceed..
