Site work for a water / sewer project in Bellevue, Washington. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
o Construction of a 0.4 MG prestressed concrete reservoir. o Construction of an at-grade pump station equipped with two vertical turbine pumps having a firm capacity of 1,200 gallons per minute (gpm) each, an onsite generator, office, and lavatory. o Demolition and removal of the existing 0.15 MG reservoir and the existing pump station. o Onsite water piping improvements including 1175, 1000, 940 and 850 zone piping, reservoir inlet and outlet piping and appurtenances o Onsite stormwater improvements o Offsite water main improvements consisting of approximately 700 linear feet of 6-inch to 12-inch ductile iron water main and appurtenances. o Offsite sanitary sewer improvements consisting of approximately 250 linear feet of 8- inch gravity sewer and two sanitary sewer manholes. o Site improvements including a new paved access road, landscaping, and site fencing. Each bid shall be accompanied by a bid bond in the form of cash, certified check, cashier's check or surety bond in an amount equal to at least 5% of the amount of such bid. Checks shall be made payable to the City Treasurer. Should the successful bidder fail to enter into a contract and furnish a satisfactory performance and payment bond within the time stated in the specifications, the bid bond shall be forfeited to the City of Bellevue. The City of Bellevue reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive irregularities and informalities in the bidding process.
