Renovation of a library in Bellevue, Washington. Completed plans call for the renovation of a library; and 672-square-foot, one-story above grade, two-room library.
King County Library System reserves the right to reject all bids for any or no reason, to waive informalities and irregularities, to reject any bid not conforming to the intent and purpose of the Contract Documents, and to postpone the award of the Contract for a period of time not greater than sixty (60) days from the bid opening date. Bids shall be on a lump sum basis; segregated bids will not be accepted. No bids will be considered unless accompanied by a certified check, cashier's check or by a bid bond issued by a State of Washington licensed surety company in an amount of not less than five percent (5%) of the Base Bid plus Additive Alternates, made payable to "King County Library System". PROJECT DESCRIPTION: This project consists of renovations to two existing restrooms within the Bellevue Library for the King County Library System.
