Renovation of a fire / police facility in Groton, Connecticut. Completed plans call for the renovation of a fire / police facility.
As of December 5, 2024, this project has been completed. This Request for Proposal (RFQ) seeks a vendor to furnish the Town of Groton with design plans and equipment to upgrade the Police dispatch center. The prospective bidder must complete the company information sheet and submit any required documents, but need not return the entire Request for Quotation. The bidder is not to include any taxes from which the Town is exempted by law. The Town will complete any tax exemption forms that the successful vendor may require if such forms are within the Town's legal parameters. Any inquiries for this bid shall be directed via email to Karl Klein, Purchasing Agent, at kklein@groton-ct.gov no later than 12:00 p.m. ten (10) days prior to the bid opening.
