As of 6/29/2023, this project is being reviewed. The timeline for award has not yet been determined. The bidder will provide all the work, superintendence, labor, tools, equipment, machinery and apparatus and whatever else may be necessary to complete the project as stated in this bid. The Contractor will be supplying all materials, equipment and labor. The scope of work is summarized as the demolition of the burned and damaged structures on-site, including removal and disposal of the following ACM, with demolition debris considered ACM contaminated: For all contracts above $50,000.00, bidders must submit cashier's or certified check issued by a bank satisfactory to the Owner or an original bid bond from a surety company that is licensed and active in the State of Texas, to act as surety, payable without recourse to the order of the City of Amarillo, Texas in an amount not less than five percent (5%) of the bidder's total bid submitted as a guaranty that the bidder will enter into an agreement, execute required bonds and guaranty in the forms provided and provide required Certificate of Insurance within ten (10) calendar days after Notice of Award of Contract to him.
