Renovation of a medical facility in Orofino, Idaho. Completed plans call for the renovation of a medical facility.
A description of the work of this project can be summarized to include: Base Bid: Replacement of 42 indoor fan-coil units with electric strip heat and 42 outdoor heat pump units at State Hospital North in Orofino, Idaho. Bid Alternate #1: Replacement of five (5) additional heat pumps as noted on the plans. Proposals will be opened and publicly read at the above hour and date. Whisperwood Way., Boise, ID 83709 (208) 384-0585 A bid bond in the amount of 5% of the total bid amount, including any add alternates, is required. A Public Works Contractor's License for the State of Idaho is required to bid on this work. Estimated Cost: $1,100,000
