GREENWICH TOWNSHIP (GLOUCESTER COUNTY) BOARD OF EDUCATION 415 Swedesboro Road Gibbstown, New Jersey 08027 NOTICE REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS FOR PROFESSIONAL ENGINEERING SERVICES Notice is hereby given that the Greenwich Township Board of Education, County of Gloucester, State of New Jersey, is requesting proposals from interested and qualified firms to provide professional engineering services to the Greenwich Township School District for the Nehaunsey Middle School Track Resurfacing Project and on an "as-needed" basis for any other District projects. It is expressly understood that the Respondent is responsible for getting the proposals to the Business Administrator prior to the time and date set for the above. Proposals must be submitted in sealed envelopes with the name, address and contact information of the Respondent and "Proposal for Professional Engineering Services" clearly marked on the outside of the envelope. Board of Education vendors are required to comply with the requirements of P.L. 1975, c. 127, "Law Against Discrimination" and the Affirmative Action statutes and regulations, N.J.S.A. 10:5-31 et seq. and N.J.A.C. 17:27. The Board of Education reserves the right to accept or reject any and all proposals submitted in the best interest of the School District and the Board further reserves the right to waive any defect or informality in any proposal should it be permitted by law and in the best interest of the School District. This Request for Proposals does not constitute a bid and is intended solely to obtain competitive proposals from which the Board of Education may choose a Respondent that best meet(s) the Board of Education's needs based upon the criteria set forth in the RFP documents. No proposal may be deemed accepted until the adoption of a formal resolution by the Board. All responsible parties are encouraged to submit proposals. Scott A.
