Site work for a mixed-use development in Bakersfield, California. Completed plans call for site work for a educational facility; and water / sewer project.
Arvin: Provide labor, materials and equipment for plumbing work associated with new portable buildings per plans and specifications. Including but not limited to placing drywells under buildings and at mechanical units, trenching, backfilling for underground storm drain piping and inlets, relocating existing water valve prior to grading etc. Stockdale: Provide labor, materials and equipment for plumbing work associated with new portable buildings per plans and specifications. Including but not limited to placing drywells at mechanical units, remove existing drinking fountains, demo portion of wall and install new drinking fountain, bottle filler and associated backing, railing, grab bars and repair to match existing finish etc. Other Details Notes Federal funds are being used either in whole or in part for this project (see the Instructions to Bidders), therefore this project is subject to, and CONTRACTOR must comply with, all applicable Federal laws including but not limited to the Federal Regulations set forth in CFR Title 2, Part 200. Accordingly, CONTRACTOR agrees to comply with all such Federal requirements.
