D110, Austin, and Texas 78746, This project includes the installation of a bolted steel ground storage tank(s), installation of yard piping and valves, level controls, electrical and any and all other fittings and appurtenances for a complete and functioning system. The Base Bid consists of installation of one 100,000 gallon bolted steel ground storage tank including grade band and gravel bedding, piping, fittings, level controls, tying in the level controls to the existing well pump controls, testing, disinfection, placing into service and demolition of the existing tank. Bid Alternate 1 consists of demolition of the existing 100,000 gallon bolted steel tank, installation of a second 100,000 gallon bolted steel storage tank, piping, valves, etc. plumbing the system into yard piping installed into the supply and suction piping constructed under the Base Bid, testing, disinfection and placing the tank into service. Owner reserves the right to reject any and all Proposals in whole or in part and to waive any and all formalities in the best interest of Owner, pursuant to the law. The price quoted in Proposals shall include all costs necessary for the complete performance of the Work in full conformity with the requirements and conditions of the Contract Documents and shall include all licenses and permit fees and all applicable Federal, State, County, Municipal, or other taxes due by the Contractor.
