Demolition, site work, renovation and addition to a mixed-use development in Marshalltown, Iowa. Completed plans call for the addition of a educational facility; for the renovation of a educational facility; and two-story above grade laboratory facility.
Qualified bidders may submit bids for a project as described in this Document, the project includes providing an addition to the CTE shop area, renovating the existing shops, and classroom spaces. Infilling the courtyard with science and culinary arts labs, renovating the existing science labs and FACS kitchen. Replacing the greenhouse. Updating the HVAC in the Art rooms, Kitchen and Media Center. Along with associated sitework. Submit bids according to the Instructions to Bidders. Bidders Questions: Architect will provide responses at Pre bid conference to bidders questions received up to two (2) business days prior to conference. The expected substantial completion date for the Project is August 30, 2024 with the expected final completion date being October 1, 2024.
