Active Adult Center, City Hall, Community Center, Public Services Facility, Moorpark City Library, Ruben Castro Human Services Center, Arroyo Vista Recreation Center And Various Park Restrooms. Bids shall be sealed and marked "PR-2023-02, Custodial Services for City Facilities" and mailed or delivered to Jessica Sandifer, Community Services Manager at 799 Moorpark Avenue, Moorpark, CA 93021 at or before the hour stated above. E-mailed bids must be in PDF format, and bidders are responsible for confirming bids are received by the stated time. The official time clock which will establish the submittal deadline will be determined by the City of Moorpark. The City of Moorpark reserves the right to open all bids submitted. The right is reserved to reject any and all bids, to accept one part and reject the other, and/or award an Agreement that will best serve the interest of the City of Moorpark. In the event of any such rejection, the City shall not be liable for any costs incurred in connection with the preparation and submittal of a bid. Incomplete or non-conforming bids will be rejected. The Mandatory pre-bid job walk will proceed to the following locations: Community Center and Active Adult Center, 799 Moorpark Avenue Library, 699 Moorpark Avenue Moorpark Public Services Facility, 627 Fitch Avenue Ruben Castro Human Services Center, 612 Spring Road New City Hall, 323 Science Drive Arroyo Vista Recreation Center & Gym, 4550 Tierra Rejada Road One Restroom at Arroyo Vista. All Bidders are required to sign- in and sign-out at each facility and leave a business card.
