Renovation of a mixed-use development in Kenora, Ontario. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
Value Range 1,000,001 ~ 10,000,000$ The project consists of the following general scopes of work: - Removing existing public address head ends and installing new Front Row Conductor public address systems. New public address systems shall be integrated with existing sound-field systems in classrooms as well as with existing speakers throughout the facility. Existing call switches will be removed and replaced with new. Refer to Division 27 specifications for details. - Supply and install new CCTV surveillance systems as outlined on the drawings c/w new Network Video Recorders (NVR), IP based - PoE video cameras, network switches and associated horizontal cabling. Refer to Division 28 specifications for details. - Retrofit existing access control and security control panels with new control panels while maintaining existing field devices where possible. - Retrofit existing door hardware throughout the board to establish new master-keying system. Refer to Appendix A for door hard types and requirements. Provide commissioning and training services for each school to facility staff at a date selected by the boards representative. Commissioning and training shall include instruction on each newly installed system *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document.
