The NAICS code is 238290 and the Small Business Size Standard is $22.0 Riverside Fire Science Laboratory located at 4955 Canyon Crest Drive Riverside, CA 92507 has a 2- stop passenger elevator, that needs remote monitoring, routine maintenance, and annual load tests conducted in accordance with the attached performance work statement. Contractor shall provide all management, tools, supplies equipment, transportation and labor necessary to maintain the complete system in a manner that will ensure the continuous and safe operation.
