Syracuse, NE Street Room Rehabilitation Removal of existing overhead garage door for reinstallation after exterior concrete block wall is removed and replaced; removal of two existing walk-in doors; installation of two new walk-in doors; all miscellaneous materials and construction to facilitate the scope of the project. Exterior Wall Replacement Remove overhead garage door, tracks, and all appurtenances and store for future reinstallaon. Demo enre south wall including walk-in door. Protect roof and walls to remain in place. Construct new wall including all CMU block, rebar, concrete, and all other necessary materials to match the general construcon of the exisng wall. Reinstall the garage door, tracks, and all other appurtenances for a fully operaonal, weather ght installaon. Contractor shall include any new materials needed for reinstallaon into the bid price. Reinstall the unit heater vent piping through the wall and ensure a water ght seal surrounding the vent pipe. Reconnect all downspouts that are impacted by the construcon. Paint the exterior of the new wall with industrial grade exterior paint generally matching the exisng color. All electrical work necessary will be completed by the City. All other materials and labor that the Contractor deems necessary to facilitate the work. South Door Replacement Construct rough opening to fit new door and frame with construcon of new wall. Install steel lintel. Install new door, frame, threshold and hardware. New hollow metal frame New hollow metal door with window (4"x25") New stainless steel hinges New heavy duty classroom lever handle and lock (both door locks for the project shall have the same key) All other materials and labor that the Contractor deems necessary to facilitate the work. North Door Replacement Remove exisng door, frame and threshold and dispose of materials. Install new door, frame, threshold and hardware. Field verify opening to ensure door and frame fit the opening. New hollow metal frame New hollow metal door with window (4"x25") New stainless steel hinges New heavy duty classroom lever handle and lock (both door locks for the project shall have the same key) All other materials and labor that the Contractor deems necessary to facilitate the work. The project shall have a one-year warranty. The warranty shall start at the final compleon of the project.
